Description
The 3M™ Peltor™ Optime™ III earmuffs have been specially developed for high noise loads and combine effective protection with the highest wearing comfort. The model H540B with neck band has black capsules and an insulation value of SNR = 35dB. The high safety of the Optime™ III is based on the innovative double-shell technology, which minimizes the resonance inside the capsule and brings with it a maximum damping of high frequencies. The advantage: Conversations and warning signals are still easy to understand. An acoustic connection between the inner chamber of the capsule and the space between the shells also achieves an optimum insulation of low frequencies. The soft, wide foam sealing rings ensure a perfect fit. The generous space under the capsules minimizes heat build-up and sweat formation and offers a comfortable wearing feeling. The Two-point suspension made of stainless steel ensures a constant low contact pressure even during continuous use. The headband is adjustable and fits perfectly to any shape of the head thanks to its ergonomic shape. The areas of application of the 3M™ Peltor™ Optime™ III are in the airport area, in cement production, in the ship's machine room, in mining and in power plants. Suitable hygiene kits ensure hygienic and economical use of the earmuffs.
