For many soldering jobs, the use of an additional flux in gel form is indispensable. Despite NO-CLEAN products, however, there is a constant demand to clean the components after soldering. And here art begins! Which cleaning agent can be used to clean without increasing the chemical pot on the printed circuit board? Our FL 22 W flux gel is applied specifically and precisely to the points to be soldered using a syringe with plastic tip. The known effect that flux evaporates rapidly with its alcohol content does not immediately occur with the fluxing agent gel. The flux composition corresponds to OR L0. The remaining residues are cleaned after soldering by means of warm water. All remaining residues must be removed.
