Description

The HomeMatic IP module for Hörmann drives enables convenient and intelligent control of the garage door via HomeMatic IP smartphone app or remote control.

The integration of the Hörmann drive into the HomeMatic IP Smart Home System is very simple. The module is connected to a compatible garage door motor via connector and is easily accommodated in the drive housing thanks to its small size. The drive then takes over the power supply of the module, whereby no additional cables are needed.

For commissioning via the free smartphone app and operation of the device, the HomeMatic IP Access point is required as a central element of the smart home system. Alternatively, the module can be operated with a central CCU2/CCU3 as well as numerous partner solutions.
