With its classic, harmonious design in 40 cm real wood frame, it has the perfect size for playing at home. The handmade real wood figures round off the high-quality impression optimally. The chessboard in wood optics offers highly comfortable gaming fun with 81 LEDs for showing the train and a completely newly developed pressure sensor technology. With The King Performance you can play classic chess or the popular game variant Chess960 (Fischer Random Chess) according to the official FIDE rules.

With the free feature update of 2020, The King Performance becomes even more versatile: The device now offers 4 adaptive levels, which can be adapted flexibly to your abilities. At the entry level "Games & victories", chess newcomers also have fun playing with the computer, here it is easy to defeat. In addition, there are the new ELO levels where you get an approximate estimate of your own rating. The computer now allows you to store up to 9 games. He is also now able to give up the game or offer a remake. The new classification of the menu system into a comfort mode and an expert mode is helpful in order to find your way easily in the extensive functional equipment. Another feature: The brightness of the LEDs can now be adjusted perfectly to the ambient brightness in several stages.

Play chess online
With the help of the ChessLink module and the free ChessLink app you can play online on the Lichess server, directly on the sensor chessboard against millions of opponents around the world! The moves of your opponent are displayed very comfortably by the board LEDs.
