Description
The SPANNFIX 4.0 is the largest ball joint vice on the market with a jaw width of 100 mm and convinces with its spring pins, its changeable clamping jaws, its centering eye and its outstanding ball-clamping force. The ball joint lets the head of the SPANNFIXES rotate 360° and tilt up to 90°. The work is possible at every conceivable angle. Different forms are also not a problem. Whether round or square. The 4 clamping horns adapt to the product in shape and size. They can be rotated in the axis and have every object firmly in the grip. The centering eye provides for a soldering-oriented work. The workpiece can be aligned and processed in scales. In addition to the clamping horns, the SPANNFIX has profiled steel jaws, which have been designed as turning jaws and can be replaced. They have a smooth side as well as a side with offset edge and two vertical grooves, which prevent the slipping of rods and bolts (pipe clamping jaws), for example. An integrated ruler allows you to read clamping depths directly on the vice. The 105 mm span can thus be used as best as possible. The innovative foot part including table clamp enables the SPANNFIX to be attached to straight table edges of up to 80 mm but also to the table corner itself - this is
the optimum position for using the entire working radius of 330 mm of SPANNFIX 4.0.
