Description

The Plustek SmartOffice PS456U Plus is one of the fastest scanners in this price class. With up to 80 pages or 160 images per minute, extensive scanning tasks are done quickly and reliably. The front and back side are scanned at the same time. This scanner is designed for up to 8,000 pages per day. It processes documents of different grammage and sizes. You can even scan documents up to 5 meters long. In addition to searchable PDF files, Microsoft Office file formats and image formats such as JPG and TIFF can be created. The ultrasonic sensor detects the unwanted double feed of documents during scanning. If you want to scan documents with stickers or double-sided pages, this sensor can simply be deactivated. Thanks to the energy-saving LED technology, the PS456U Plus does not need any warm-up time. With its auto-activation function, it is immediately ready for use as soon as a document is inserted in the scanner.
