Fluorescent NO-CLEAN flux gel

Description

For many soldering jobs, the use of an additional flux in gel form is indispensable. Despite NO-CLEAN products, however, there is a constant demand to clean the components after soldering. However, controlled cleaning of the solder joints is often not easy to implement. With the EDSYN flux gel FL 22 YFL, residues present under black light are visible via a fluorescent dye. This allows any user to easily check what the washed result looks like. Our FL 22 YFL flux gel is applied specifically and precisely to the points to be soldered via a syringe with plastic tip, flux agent. The known effect that flux evaporates rapidly with its alcohol content does not immediately occur with the fluxing agent gel. The flux composition corresponds to F - SW 32 (DIN EN 29454 / 1.2.3.A). The flux of FL 22 YFL is not corrosive. If cleaning is not desired, this is not a problem either. Laboratory tests have confirmed that, in general and with careful dosing, non-corrosive residues cannot remain on the circuit board.
