For the latest version of the AE 6491 Albrecht has developed a technical innovation and integrated into the CB radio: The ANC and NRC noise filter. The NRC filters out noise and other interference from incoming radio transmissions. This increases speech intelligibility. The ANC reduces noise that is recorded when transmitted by the microphone. This way, e.g., wind and motor noises are reduced in your radio frequency. Both noise filters in combination bring a never before audio quality in the CB-radio range!
The new VOX hands-free function also allows you to communicate in the vehicle without having to take the microphone in your hand. This makes it possible to use the CB-radio in vehicles without any hesitation according to the latest traffic regulations § 23 (1a) StVO.
The Multinorm CB radio is very easy to install and is therefore suitable for use throughout Europe: The high-quality product offers 40 AM and 40 (80) FM channels, and meets all European radio standards. In addition, the radio can be connected to 12 volt as well as directly to 24 volt; thus, a 24V/12V voltage transformer is not needed. Installation is also very simple: Thanks to the low installation depth of the Albrecht AE 6491 NRC as well as the DIN installation frame included in the delivery, the device is ideally suited for installation in heavy vehicles or passenger cars A powerful and clear sound is provided by the powerful 3 watt front loudspeaker, which makes an additional loudspeaker unnecessary.
The Albrecht AE 6491 NRC offers a special comfort through the intuitive use. The display of this multi-standard CB radio stands out due to its clarity as well as a large horizontal and vertical viewing angle. You can switch between green and red, depending on your preference. On the microphone there are additional up, down and ASQ buttons. Automatic squelch is a guarantee of interference-free reception. The CTCSS function of the Albrecht AE 6491 NRC can suppress hearing foreign radio transmissions.
