Due to the symmetrical cross-section of the housing, the DiMAX Navigator is equally suitable for left and right-handed people and can be used optimally. A large and clear graphic display with a background lighting offers comprehensive information, in a freely selectable language for the currently controlled locomotive. This hand-held controller is also equipped with a switching and dimmable blue/white keyboard lighting, which was designed to ensure 24-hour driving. The rotary knob is illuminated in different colors depending on the function. All locomotives available on the market by large series manufacturers can be displayed on the LCD with the appropriate symbol and an individual name. The individual functions, the light symbol and the current gear ratio are also shown on the display. The DiMAX Navigator is prepared for the bi-directional radio system, which was designed to ensure ranges of up to 100 meters.
