This is a MK8-style nozzle, made of a 360 brass base material and coated with a TwinClad XT coating. TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating designed for very low friction. It offers one of the lowest friction coefficients, better than nickel with PTFE co-deposition. This coating is also very hard and resistant to abrasion.
