This Lindy USB 2.0 Cat.5 extender bridges distances up to 50m between 4 USB devices and the computer. Transmitter and receiver of the extender are connected with a favorable Cat. 5e/6 network cable (not included). We recommend the use of patch cables with rigid wires to achieve the best possible performance and compatibility.
The power is supplied via the RJ45 cable, i.e. if you connect the enclosed power supply to the transmitter, you no longer need a power supply at the receiver and have more flexibility in its installation.
With its robust aluminum housing and mounting brackets, this extender is especially suitable for use in industrial applications.
