The BXPPABSG300400170-F01 BOXEXPERT of the Fleet series is a cabinet housing made of ABS plastic with 2-point closure, which is perfectly suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is easy to use and very quick to install. The Fleet series is a cost-effective alternative to all sheet steel wall cabinets.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Steel cabinets are often expensive to purchase and have a high weight. This often leads to additional costs, both in terms of logistical effort and handling. In EMC-critical applications, it is usually necessary to avoid steel sheet cabinets in many cases. The Fleet series of control cabinets from BOXEXPERT offer a cost-effective alternative made of plastic.

The cabinet housing is made of very light acrylonitrile butadiene stirene copolymer (ABS), was this results in a weight saving of about 50% for the same housing size. Despite the lower mass, the Fleet case series is a robust alternative and has an impact resistance of IK08. ABS plastic has a high resistance to alkali, oils and salts. In contrast to metal control cabinets, the Fleet series has the advantage of being resistant to corrosive loads without further coating of the housing surface.

PUR SEAL

, especially for outdoor use, requires an effective sealing of the electronic components against external influences. The Fleet series plastic enclosures feature a polyurethane foamed-in seal (PU). The PUR seal is wear-resistant and robust against weather and aging. The polyurethane is also shown to be elastic and resistant even when the control cabinet door is operated frequently.

In addition to the properties of the ABS plastic, the housing seal also ensures a housing protection type of IP65. The housing is therefore suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

ENCLOSURE DOOR

The enclosures of the BOXEXPERT Fleet series have a hinged door, which is available in either gray or transparent. To protect against unauthorized access to the installed fixtures, each housing has a double-bit key door lock as standard. As an optional accessory, each Fleet enclosure can be equipped with a special safety lock to ensure greater security against unauthorized opening.

ACCESSORIES

of the Fleet series control cabinet offer a lot of room for mounting diverser electronic components. A mounting plate made of galvanized steel is provided in the supplied accessories for easy attachment. With this plate, all components can be mounted outside the housing in a simple way and then together with the plate in the housing can be attached to the provided domes. In addition to the mounting plate, there are special mounting brackets in the supplied accessories. These enable wall mounting of the housing without further processing of the rear panel of the housing. The corresponding screws are also included.
