Direct debit*
Direct debit
If you have chosen direct debit as your payment method, please provide us with your bank details and account number when you make your first purchase. With a "customer account" you do not need to provide your bank details for each subsequent purchase. Of course, you can also choose not to have a customer account. If you do not want to pay by direct debit in the future, you can of course revoke your direct debit authorization at any time, for this a short informal message by eMail to info@getgoods.com is sufficient, you can also use our

If items are ever unavailable and we make partial deliveries, you will only pay for the goods received. The recipient (account holder) of the direct debit is "get your goods GmbH"!

With PayPal, you pay easily and securely with just 2 clicks. We receive your payment within seconds, so your goods can be shipped immediately if available. Your bank and credit card details will not be shared with any third party.
This is how easy and fast payment with PayPal works: After selecting the payment term "PayPal" and submitting your order in our shop, you will automatically be redirected to the secure payment form of PayPal. Please log in if you already have a PayPal account. Otherwise, click Set up account and follow the instructions.
Prepayment
With a payment in advance, a simple and secure payment method is available to you.
Please transfer the amount within seven calendar days when paying in advance. The goods are reserved for you for this period. As soon as the payment is received on our account, your goods will be shipped.
You can see the bank details for your transfer in your order confirmation.
Please always state your customer number and the order number as the reason for payment in the transfer so that we can allocate your payment correctly.

With us you can easily and securely pay with your credit card. We accept credit cards from the providers MasterCard and Visa.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.

get your goods GmbH reserves the right to exclude certain types of payment and to carry out requested deliveries only against advance payment or immediate bank transfer in order to safeguard the credit risk in individual cases. Obligations to refund payments in the event of a revocation must be fulfilled within 30 days. The time limit begins for the customer with the dispatch of the revocation or the goods, for us with their receipt. In the event of a chargeback to our account, we shall charge the customer the fees charged to us by the bank. Insofar as we make advance payments, we may, in order to protect our legitimate interests, obtain creditworthiness information on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures from Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH ß Co.
