The testo temperature measuring strips are self-adhesive, temperature-sensitive films that react with color change to certain temperature excesses. They are ideal for temperature monitoring of products and processes that do not need to exceed a specific temperature, e.g. for moving or small objects such as PCBs, for long-term monitoring during storage and transport, in the laboratory, in motor vehicle technology or in air and space travel.
The temperature measuring strips are used
The temperature measurement strips are supplied in a 10-piece booklet. They can be easily detached like stickers from the handle and stick on the object to be measured.
On the temperature measurement strips you will see a temperature scale of +71 °C to +110 °C, which is divided into white boxes. As soon as a certain temperature point is exceeded, the temperature gauge in the relevant boxes will be colored within 2 to 3 seconds. The readable temperature steps are as follows: 71 °C, 77 °C, 82 °C, 88 °C, 93 °C, 99 °C, 104 °C AND 110° C.
The color is irreversible: Once the temperature has been exceeded, the temperature measuring strip does not change even when the temperature drops again. Thus, critical temperature fluctuations can be read even after a longer period of time, e.g. in warehouses and during transportation.
