The PROFIBUS DP/V1 PLC combines the control functionality, I/O coupling and fieldbus in one device.
The application program is created in accordance with IEC 61131-3. The programmer has access to all fieldbus and I/O data.

Discharge of the central control by decentralized processing units
Division of complex applications into independently testable units
Programmable error reaction in case of failure of the fieldbus system
Discharge of the PROFIBUS DP communication system by signal preprocessing
Reduction of reaction times by direct access to the periphery (without detours via the PROFIBUS DP fieldbus system)
Independent small controller
