Top hat rail mounting and full metal housing characterize these robust modules. By optimizing the USB controller, it was possible to reduce the command duration for this series, e.g. for switching one or 64 relays, to approx. 1 ms. Inputs: The inputs are galvanically isolated, 15 - 30 V input voltage are standard. By exchanging a resistor network it is possible to switch to 5 - 15 V. Input counter and input change flags for each channel counter/detect change of state. Outputs: Relays with 36 V/DC switching voltage at 15 W and 1 A are used here. A timeout protection ensures that the outputs are switched off in the event of a fault (configurable via software). Versions with 3 A relays are also available! Multiple modules in the system: Up to 16 identical modules can be managed in one system. For this purpose, a Windows® tool assigns a number to each module in order to enable unique addressing. Condition visualization: The visualization of the inputs and outputs by one LED each also simplifies connection wiring and programming. Connectors: A service-friendly connector system is used as the connection wiring, which enables uncomplicated plugging in and plugging out as well as rapid rewiring of the plug connectors. Software: The DELIB driver library included in the scope of delivery makes it easy to address almost any programming language.
