Description
The 3-D heat diffuser works like a heat-pipe with a two-phase circuit process. The evaporation of a working medium, mostly water, heat to a heat source can be recorded and at the heat sink by condensation then released. During a heatpipe a cylindrical shape and a relatively small diameter is a heat transport only in the axial direction is possible. Heat diffuser, however, are "flat heat pipes", which at any point heat record and to the colder areas to deliver. Due to the special construction is no surface curvature/no swollen and thus no additional load on the contacted components.
