Design and operation: The inflowing compressed air drives a turbine with integrated unbalanced masses thereby producing a vibration. The speed can be controlled in a continuously variable manner using the air pressure. The NCT series compressed air turbine vibrator is used whenever bulk materials have to be moved or whenever processes are to be mechanically activated. Suitable for the foodstuffs industry. The device can be operated with oil-free compressed air with no limitations. The dustproof and watertight case even allows for use under extreme conditions. The permissible ambient temperature range is between -20 ºC and +120 ºC. A 2/2-way valve is required for activation (not included in delivery).
