For a period of up to 12 hours (built-in rechargeable battery) this gives an alarm signal with aprox. 85 dBA from itself. The alarm can be switched off immediately by the reset button. Thus, this device is ideal for servers, cabinets, pharmacy refrigerators and aquariums. The connector locking cap provides additional protection against accidental unplugging.
