Plain bearing

Description

Pressed from sheet steel, steering housing with double ball bearing in rotating collar, with stable centre bolts, ball protection thanks to special shape of the mounting plate. The special dynamic Blickle riveting of the rotating collar enables smooth running properties, a long service life and the rotating collar play adapted to high temperature usage, with highly heat-resistant grease. Plain bearing versions (wheel-Ø 80-125 mm) with Teflon® coated stainless steel axle tube. Axle screwed together. Galvanised, blue passivated, Cr6-free. Wheels: Phenolic resin, 90° shore D. Temperature-resistant from -35°C to +260°C, short-term up to +300°C.

Characteristics

Made of Phenolic resin, hard 90° shore D, very high static load capacity, smooth run on even surfaces. Wheels are only partially suitable for rough surfaces and rolling over threshold plate due to the high level of abrasion and limited mechanical resistance of Phenolic resin.
