Description
With the radio roast and oven thermometer you measure the core temperature of the meat and the oven temperature at the same time.
The device consists of a base station and a mobile receiver with fixing function (range approx. 30 metres). The base station consists of a display housing with control panel, a heat-resistant cable (which is led through the oven door to the outside) and a measuring needle which is inserted into the meat. The 7 pre-programmed meats (beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry, venison and rabbit) are categorised into 4-12 types per type (e.g. entrecôtes, fillet, shoulder, cutlet and hip). This guarantees perfect preparation for every type of meat. Also ideal for low-cooking! An overview table of the pre-programmed abbreviations is included in the scope of delivery.
