Description
This DMM offers excellent measurement speed at any resolution. At 66½ digits it delivers 50 triggered measured values/second via the IEEE-488 bus. With 44½ digits, up to 2000 measured values/second are read into the internal 1024 measured value buffer. This makes the device the first choice for applications with large data volumes. The front panel of the 2000 is designed to be user-friendly for use in laboratories or on the road as a standalone device. The 2000 offers 13 integrated measurement functions including DCV, ACV, DCI, ACI, 2WW, 4WW, temperature, frequency, period, dB, dBm, continuity test and diode test. An integrated RS-232 interface is used to connect to the serial port of a notebook or PC for automatic readout, storage, processing and display of measured values.
