The 2182A dual-channel nanovoltmeter is designed to perform stable, low-noise voltage measurements as well as reliable and repeatable characterization of low-resistance materials and devices. The device offers a higher measurement speed and a much better noise behaviour than alternative low voltage models. The Model 2182A is the next step forward in Keithley's nanovoltmeter technology, offering pulse capability, lower measurement noise, faster current reversal and simplified resistance measurements combined with a switchable current source.
