Description

Keithley's 2400 Series SMU testers are specifically designed for test applications that require tight coupling of supply and measurement. All SourceMeter models offer precise voltage and current input as well as precise measurement. Each instrument serves as a highly stable, low-noise DC power source with readback and as a low-noise 55½ digit multimeter. The result is a compact, single-channel DC parameter tester which can be used as a voltage source, current source, voltmeter, ammeter and ohmmeter - especially in the manufacture of components and modules for communication, semiconductor, computer, automotive and medical technology. Here the SourceMeter is an indispensable helper for many different characterization and test tasks in the context of manufacturing.
