Description

Model 2601B Family Series 2600B SourceMeter is a new improved single-channel SMU meter with an integrated four-quadrant design. It enables simultaneous supply/measurement of voltage/current, resulting in higher productivity for R&D applications through to automated manufacturing testing. In addition to the features of the Model 2601A, the Model 2601B offers a resolution of 66½ digits, USB2.0 port, and software command emulation from the Model 2400 SourceMeter, allowing easy adoption of older test codes. The Model 2601B features Keithley's high-speed TSP technology (over 190% faster than traditional PC-instrument communication), which significantly improves system-level speed and reduces testing costs. The high dynamic range (3A DC, 40V, 100fA) of this SMU allows it to work in a wide range of applications.
