Description

The 5-1/2-digit Model 6487 picoammeter/voltage source builds on the award-winning Model 4685 and now also delivers a high-precision 500V voltage source. It offers higher accuracy and better rise time than the Model 4685. The cost-effective instrument offers eight current measurement ranges with fast automatic range adjustment and can be used to measure currents from 20 fA to 20 mA at measurement speeds of up to 1000 readings/second. Furthermore, the device provides a supply voltage between 200µV and 500V.
