Description
Often devices are used whose signal ground is connected to the protective conductor (antenna or cable systems, computers), so that earth loops are unavoidable. The interfering signal can, for example, manifest itself in audio systems as an unwanted, interfering humming sound, or in television sets as an interfering strip.
A sheath flow filter often helps here. The sheath current filter interrupts the line galvanically.
This only transmits the high-frequency signal component and suppresses the low-frequency interference signal.
