Description
The level difference switch WPS 4000 is suitable for automatic level monitoring of conductive liquids in tanks, wells, water tanks etc. The monitoring takes place via electrodes. The device protects aggregates and systems from leakage damage, unnecessary loss of liquids and from dry and overflow. It monitors and regulates liquid levels wherever a certain level is to be maintained. For installation in sub-distribution boards, switch cabinets, surface-mounted housings, etc. The following functions can be implemented: Refilling, emptying, refilling with emergency stop, refilling and emptying, emptying with emergency stop, refilling with manual emergency stop, refilling with automatic and manual emergency stop. Conductivity (switching threshold) adjustable in the range from 10 kOhm to 200 kOhm. Alternating current measuring path; no electrolytic decomposition of the stainless steel electrodes. Integrated alarm sensor for advanced control tasks. Input for water sensor or float switch (parallel connection possible). Switching point for any water level selectable via water sensors.
