CMOSens® IR detection technology enables high accuracy carbon dioxide measurements at competitive prices. Together with the NDIR measuring technique for the detection of CO2 comes a first-class Sensirion humidity and temperature sensor, integrated in the same sensor module. Humidity and temperature can be measured by the algorithm competence of Sensirion by modeling and compensating external heat sources without additional components. The very small height of the module enables easy integration in different applications. Carbon dioxide is a key indicator of indoor air quality. Thanks to new energy standards and better insulation, homes have become more energy efficient, but air quality can deteriorate quickly.
