Description

Holds up to 10 times longer than a standard tile drill - since wall tiles are now ever bigger and harder, drilling holes with a tile drill is also increasingly difficult. Bosch has therefore developed the Expert HardCeramic Drill. Hard ceramic can be drilled dry with this. It also lasts much longer than our benchmark tile drill. Bosch’s Carbide Technology (Carbide technology from Bosch) is used for this special hard-ceramic drill. Carbide is the hardest of all metals. It is combined with an advanced, multi-cutting tip that distributes the workload across multiple asymmetrical surfaces. This complex drill tip, which is manufactured with a fine-grinding process, also enables precise drilling without slipping and scratching. The Bosch Expert HEX-9 HardCeramic drill is suitable for drilling ceramics. It can drill holes in hard tiles without lubricant or cooling. Hexagonal shaft for maximum power transmission in standard drill chuck and in hexagonal holders.
