Description

The Mobeye CM-Guard CM4000 is a universal 4G/GSM alarm sensor for monitoring technical installations. It has two NO/NC inputs for potential-free sensors. THE CM-Guard works completely with batteries or with external power supply and batteries as backup. The Mobeye CM-Guard has many configuration options, such as a selection of push message/call/SMS/e-mail, automatic on and off times, separate alarm texts per input, alarm delays and test reports. In addition, THE CM-Guard is prepared for the transmission of alarm signals via SIA DC-09 to alarm centers. The device is used by security companies as an alarm detector for a monitoring system, by industrial companies as a monitor for machine faults, by system integrators as an alarm module for sensors and by organizations that want to know whether a door or a box was open, etc.

For communication, the Mobeye (M2M) SIM card is included in the delivery of the product. This low-cost "multi-provider" SIM card ensures communication over the 4G LTE-M network (with 2G as fallback). This SIM card also offers the use of the Mobeye Internet Portal and app for more comfort and optimum security. The 4G LTE-M network is very reliable, has strong penetration and also offers low power consumption. The SIM card for the Mobeye CM4000 to be activated online costs 4.00 EUR per month. This is a fixed amount based on fair use.

Optionally, a separate (micro) SIM card can be used. The device then works (only) with 2G and without using the Mobeye portal. The alarm notifications are sent via SMS and telephone call (max.) 5 contacts sent. Programming is done via (simple) SMS commands.

Accessories (not included): Mobeye 10027 (500 mA, 12 V DC).
The ambient temperature must not be exceeded or undercut during operation (not below -10 °C and not higher than 50 °C). The device must be protected against moisture, water spray and overheating. The device may only be operated with the batteries specified by the manufacturer. The device must be protected against strong vibrations and shocks. The device must not be installed and operated in the vicinity of flammable gases, vapors or dust.
The device may only be repaired by a Mobeye® expert.
