The 3M™ PELTOR™ Optime™ I Earmuffs are a well visible, lightweight hearing protection that can be combined with other protective equipment. ideal for applications where a helmet needs to be worn and where there is a load of medium-strength industrial noise such as in workshops, metal working facilities or printing facilities. They are also suitable for outdoor activities such as lawn mowing or hedge cutting. The warning color gives the carrier additional visibility at dangerous workplaces such as airports or construction sites. The earmuffs dampen noise levels by up to 26 dB. They have sealing rings filled with a unique combination of liquid and foam. The generous space inside the capsules helps to prevent a build-up of heat and moisture. The wide soft cushions reduce the pressure around the ears, so that comfortable wear is possible even over long periods of time. The pads and foam pads are available in the form of hygiene kits, which can be easily replaced if they are damaged or worn. This allows longer product life.
