The story of Samus continues after the events of Metroid Fusion. On the planet ZDR she goes on the trail of a mysterious message that was transmitted to the Galactic Federation. However, this planet is also full of alien life forms of the malignant variety and carries a mechanical danger to all abundance. Samus is more agile and skilled than ever, but can she take it with the horror from the depths of ZDR?
