Description

The ESGE Magic Wand® disc for whipped cream, egg whites, sauces, souffés and frappées. Soup and sauces can be sautéed directly in the pot. You can work on light cake dough, which you want to make airy, directly in the dough bowl. Here, too, a slight tilt of the device and an up and down movement are necessary to achieve the desired result. However, the working part of the device should never be lifted out over the mass.
