Description

The hand-held multimeter VC 165 from VOLTCRAFT ® is the ideal entry-level device for numerous measurement tasks in the household, hobby, leisure and crafts up to 600 V.
Through the economical purchase price and the compact dimensions of the device can also be used in several places, for example in house, in the garage, cellar, in the boat, etc. Each device must be placed. Compact and robust
The shock-proof device features a composite enclosure including a protective rubber layer. And the rubber-coating also provides lots of grip. A stand on the rear side lets you place the multimeter in a way that allows you to read the display, keeping your hands free for taking readings.

True RMS readings ensure accuracy
True RMS measurement enables reading of asymmetrical voltage and amperage with wave forms other than a sinus. Asymmetric voltages are very common in various types of dimmers, speed limiters, synchonised switches, pulse-type chargers, or scale model speed controllers. Which means that in these cases conventional meters displaying average readings are prone to large measurement errors.
