Active water sensor SHT 8824Water sensor (for 4 - 20 mA current loops) for industrial applications with high cable lengthsThe SHT 8824 water sensor is not suitable for connection to Schabus water detectorsSensor with two stainless steel contacts, which are cast in plastic housing. As soon as water or another conductive liquid touches the two contacts, a transistor switches the power consumption from 4 mA to 20 mA. The sensor cables can be easily extended depending on the application.
