IMPROVED COOLING PERFORMANCE THROUGH NEW MANUFACTURING PROCESSThe high thermal conductivity of the aluminum is fully maintained in a new type of extrusion. This new production process enables the production of a powerful and at the same time very compact radial heat sink. The particularly fine cooling fins of the new Alpine are fanned in a Y-shape. This increases the surface of the heat sink to increase the cooling performance.WIDE SPEED RANGEThe Alpine 23 has a very wide PWM-controlled speed range thanks to its new engine. This reduces the noise to the minimum and at the same time guarantees the highest cooling performance.LOWER POWER CONSUMPTION & LOW VIBRATIONThe new Alpine 23 is powered by a revised engine and thus works more efficiently. The motor generates only 5% of the commutation vibrations of a conventional DC motor thanks to sine magnetization. Without compromising on performance, these factors save energy, reduce the coil temperature of the motor and reduce vibrations to a minimum.
