Formaldehyde is a substance that occurs in small quantities in nature, but is considered to be extremely hazardous in higher concentrations. Nevertheless, HCHO has been and is used in wood products and plastics, as well as paints and colors. The FAS-100 formaldehyde measuring device determines the concentration of the gaseous substance, represents the current air quality level as a color display and, if necessary, gives an alarm. In this way, it is always possible to ensure that the room air load is within the safe range. With the Type C USB interface, the data can be displayed on tablets and smartphones.
