From 1941, the Uerdingen wagon factory, together with several other companies, built over 3700 lightweight tank wagons. The two-axle wagons had a capacity of 30m³. In the course of the Second World War, the cars came to almost all European railway administrations and were still used, as in Germany, partly until the early 2000er.
