Electrical measurement cable finder PCE-186 CB cable finder with voltage tester / non-conductive probe tip / headphone connection / RJ-11 plug with alligator clips / for detecting cable breaks / for non-live lines / transport bag of the cable finder PCE-186 CB consists of a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter of the line finder has many functions. The cable finder can be used, for example, to find cables in walls or a cable break. Another function of the line finder is the testing of telephone sockets. For this purpose, the RJ-11 connection must be plugged into the telephone socket to be tested. The transmitter of the line finder signals an incoming call using the LEDs. Thanks to this function, no telephone is required for testing. In addition to these functions, the line finder also has a multimeter function. Thus, alternating voltages and direct voltages up to 1000 VDC can be measured. Resistance measurements and continuity measurements are also possible. Because of this variety of functions, the line finder is an ideal aid for maintenance and repair work on cables.
