Noise Supression Shielding (S/FTP)
The CAT 6 cable from Renkforce is multiple shielded. Each pair of cores is shielded by metal film. The cable as a whole comes with a wire mesh jacket. This type of shielding prevents e.g. cross-talk from cables running parallel to each other, thus ensuring data transfer without interference caused by external sources.
Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH)
The cable jacket doesn't contain halogen which significantly reduces the release of toxic gases and vapors in the case of a fire. LSZH is frequently part of Health & Safety regulations applying to poorly aired spaces.

Copper Core
The core is the key element of any cable. This one uses copper to ensure optimum data transfer. In addition to low impedance, copper stands for mechanical resilence, excellent bendability and durability. Safe Release
A gentle pull on the plug should be enough to disconnect cable and device. However, a molded strain relief on the plug allows release by pulling the cable.
