Description
The HVFO is a low-cost, optimally designed probe for measuring small signals floating on a HV bus in power electronics designs or for monitoring sensors for EMC, EFT, ESD and HF interference immunity testing. It far exceeds the measurement capabilities and signal fidelity of both conventional HV differential probes and detection systems based on high-voltage galvanic isolation. It also reduces the need to rely on hazardous test setups that require a floating oscilloscope and probe.
