AnyBus Wireless Bolt LTE  The AnyBus Wireless Bolt LTE is an industrial router that provides machines and devices with transparent and fast Internet access over an LTE (4G) network including 3G fallback. Internet access was designed to remotely monitor and analyze industrial equipment, which could increase uptime and reduce costly maintenance. The AnyBus Wireless Bolt LTE is compatible with TCP/UDP-based protocols such as MQTT and OPC UA. The AnyBus Wireless Bolt LTE can also be used to provide 4G connectivity to applications that do not have Internet access or can only use older standards such as 2G or 3G. The rugged IP66/IP67 enclosure allows installation in harsh operating environments. The wide temperature range (-40°C to 65°C) makes the AnyBus Wireless Bolt LTE ideal for outdoor use. The product can be mounted either in a 50 mm hole on the machine or in the control cabinet, where it creates a tight connection on the outside of the machine/control cabinet, or it can be attached to a post, wall or similar with a simple mounting accessory.  The AnyBus Wireless Bolt LTE is a complete solution that combines an Ethernet RJ45 connection, a radio modem, a GPS tracker and a dual antenna in one unit. Power can be supplied via an Ethernet cable (power over Ethernet) or via screw terminal connections. The Ethernet cable can be up to 100 meters long, allowing the Bolt LTE to be placed within 100 meters of the machine/plant for optimal reception. The robust design allows the Wireless Bolt LTE to be installed in an exposed location, eliminating the need for an external antenna or antenna cable. This has financial and practical advantages, since external antennas can be expensive, sensitive and susceptible to interference. The AnyBus Wireless Bolt LTE also scores in an innovative form factor and can be mounted on both stationary and mobile devices.
