Description
The module 75x-668/000-004 has 4 differential safe analogue inputs (AI1 … AI4) as well as 4 current-limited sensor supplies (L1 … L4). The sensors can be directly fed from the module or by external 24 V. The safe analogue inputs can be used both with one channel up to SIL2/PLd or with two channels up to SIL3/PLe. Measuring cycle, filter times, encoder evaluation with discrepancy times and tolerance window can be adapted to the requirements of the safety function. Overcurrent, overload and wire breakage at the safe analogue inputs are monitored. Monitoring and other safety-relevant functions can be parameterized via WAGO I/O CHECK. The parameterization tool can be conveniently integrated into engineering systems that support the call interface TCI (Tool Calling Interface) with CC2 or CC3. In the event of a module exchange, the parameters can be automatically downloaded from the controller via a PROFIsafe-compliant iPar server. The PROFIsafe address can be set via coding switch or via WAGO I/O CHECK. The module supports the PROFIsafe protocol V2.4 (PROFIBUS) and V2.6 (PROFINET). The arrangement of the individual input modules is arbitrary when configuring in the fieldbus node.
