Description

Powerline repeater 53x43mm, 25mm deep, for mounting in 58-mm switch boxes. Standby loss of only 0.5 watt. The repeater can be used to achieve larger ranges. With cable lengths of 300m, the repeater is typically placed in a distribution between the sensor and actuator. The repeater repeats commands from sensors with the same address g, e. Feedback from the actuators is not repeated. There are two rotary switches on the front for the address assignment: The left rotary switch determines the group address g with 16 alphabetical values from A to P. The right rotary switch determines the elementary address e with 16 numerical values. Above it, there is a slider as configuration switch with positions 0, 1 and 2. Position 0: Central commands are repeated, depending on the address e of the repeater. For address g, e = 0, only central commands are repeated. Position 1: For address g, e = 0 at the repeater, all commands of group g are repeated. Position 2: Not occupied. Addresses can be changed under voltage or without voltage. To the left of the rotary switches is a red LED indicating all activities. There is a reset button next to it and a service pin (P) to the right. The above terminals are plug-in terminals for conductor cross-sections from 0.2mm² to 1.5mm².
