Description
The screw-in resistance thermometer enables a temperature measurement in gaseous and liquid media due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor. The tried-and-tested mounting method ensures a reliable leak tightness in case of under and over pressure. The continuous protective tube and the process connection are made of stainless steel 1.4571 and protect the measuring insert against chemical influences and mechanical damage. The resistance thermometer is ideally suited for applications such as heating, furnace and apparatus construction or in process technology With replaceable measuring insert, the resistance thermometer in accordance with DIN EN 60751 (class B) is designed as 1 x Pt100 in two-wire circuit and designed for temperatures from -50 to +400 °C. The connection head made of die-cast aluminum in form B (IP65) is mounted with a heat uncoupled from the process connection by means of a neck tube. The connection head has a M20 x 1.5 cable gland and can withstand temperatures up to 100 °C. The protective tube has dimensions 9.0 x 250 mm. A screw connection with thread G 1/2 inch serves as a process connection.
