Description
The screw-in resistance thermometer enables a temperature measurement in gaseous and liquid media due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor. The tried-and-tested mounting method ensures a reliable leak tightness in case of under and over pressure. The continuous protective tube and the process connection are made of stainless steel 1.4571 and protect the measuring insert against chemical influences and mechanical damage. This makes the resistance thermometer ideally suited to applications in air-conditioning and refrigeration technology as well as in heating furnace and apparatus construction. The resistance thermometer in accordance with DIN EN 60751 (class B) is designed as 1 x Pt100 in two-wire circuit and designed for temperatures from -20 to +150 °C. The connection head in shape J is made of die-cast aluminum. This has a M16 x 1.5 cable gland and also includes an analogue transducer with 4 to 20 mA output with simultaneous temperature scaling of 0 to 100 ° C. The protective tube has dimensions 6.0 x 100 mm. A screw connection with thread G 1/2 inch serves as a process connection.
