Description
This combined insertion measurement chain (glass and reference electrode in one shaft) has a dirt-repellent PTFE ring diaphragm with polymerized highly elastic gel. This prevents deposits and blockages and a quick response time can be achieved. A double chamber with double diaphragm seal prevents electrode toxins such as sulphides, amines or chromates from damaging the reference electrode. The salt reserve integrated into the reference electrode allows a longer service life, especially in low-conductivity media. Each electrode is individually tested and supplied with a quality certificate. The electrode is made of physiologically harmless and FDA-listed materials and is RoHS2-compliant with a lead-free stem glass. Only the selection of high-quality materials and components makes it possible for example to use in the chemical industry, industrial waste water technology, electroplating, power plants and waste incineration plants as well as in the sugar industry. An internal pressure buffer compensates for temperature-related volume changes in the reference electrode room and allows process pressures up to 13 bar. With a wide temperature range of up to 135 °C and a wide pH range of PH0 is PH14, the electrode can be used in demanding applications. Installed length 120 mm.
