Description
The radio transmitter is used in connection with a separately available receiver for measured values of humidity and temperature, as well as CO2. The transmitter has 2 inputs with M12 × 1 plug connection, to which digital sensors (available as accessories) can be connected and recognized in any combination (plug and play). The transmitter is therefore suitable in principle for many applications, whereby a high wiring effort must be avoided or is not possible at all. The free-field range of the radio signal is 300 m. A maximum of 4 readings can be recorded. They are transmitted to the receiver of the radio measurement system with a radio frequency of 868.4 MHz, are displayed there and are available as digital or analogue output signal. Power is supplied externally (DC 18 to 30 V) or internally by 4 lithium batteries (size AA). With the recommended battery type the battery life is 1 year (with factory settings and a sensor). The electronics of the measuring transducer with backlit LCD display and control buttons are built into a wall housing (protection type IP65). The transmitter's ambient temperature range is -30 to +80 °C, taking into account the differing ambient temperatures of the sensors and lithium batteries. The configuration of the transmitter can be set via the USB port or the control buttons.
