The high-quality pressure ring SET of the contour SV has been specially designed and developed by Rothenberger for pressing applications on metallic piping systems (copper, steel, stainless steel). These press ring designs are equipped with Ideal user/user to crimp fittings in complex assembly situations in a system-compliant manner. Thanks to the Rothenberger DURA LAZR TEC® technology - an innovative, partial laser hardening method - precise and safe pressing is possible with a simultaneous increased service life. As a result, this results in reduced wear and a doubling of the crimp cycles compared to the non-treated press tools. Furthermore, long-term corrosion protection supports the resistance of the crimp rings/jaws. On the basis of the use of a special high-capacity steel, the Rothenberger press ring sets are suitable for all press machines on the market with a constant axial thrust force of 19 kN or 32 kN.
